About us

RCT Construction is a private family company incorporating RC Tomkins, with a wealth of knowledge in the London property market. We purchase land with or without planning permission and on occasions we enter into joint venture partnerships. 

Since founded in 1990 we have completed many projects throughout the building spectrum. These include conversions of listed buildings into luxury apartments and houses, as well as many new build projects.

Over the years we have built a lasting relationship with the professionals in our field, and as we enter a new era with record breaking property prices and ever-changing building regulations we continue to thrive on our expertise.
