History

RCT Construction LTD and RC Tomkins investors and developers were established in 1990.

In 1990, one of the first deals that we did was the Islington Police Station in Florence street N1. The site cost £400,000 and we gained planning permission for the conversion of the existng building to create 22 luxury apartments.

25 years later and the number of deals far exceeds 100 and the number of residential properties is in the 1000's, the number of commercial space would far exceed 300,000sqft.
